Luyanda Shangase the founder and Director of Discovery Learning for All, holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree in Foundation Phase, which has equipped her with the essential skills to support early childhood development and foundational learning. She further expanded her expertise by completing an Honours degree in Inclusive Education, deepening her understanding of diverse learning needs and strategies for creating accessible, equitable classrooms. 

This academic background reflects her commitment to fostering inclusive education and addressing the unique challenges faced by young learners. With over a decade of teaching experience, L.Shangase has dedicated her career to shaping the minds of children, including her own daughter, through patient, innovative, and learner-centered approaches. Currently serving as a teacher within the Department of Education, she applies evidence-based practices to cultivate engaging and supportive learning environments. Her hands-on experience has honed her ability to adapt to different learning styles while promoting academic and personal growth.

Driven by a passion for lifelong learning, L.Shangase is now exploring advanced studies in Educational Psychology to further enhance her understanding of cognitive, emotional, and social development in learners.
